Hello everyone, I bought my first owner-occupied home and took out a mortgage with Regiobank. I have asked a financial adviser if he wants to help me in the entire process. My owner-occupied home is a project where many homes are being built in Hengelo. Now construction has been delayed. I signed 10 November 2018 under a mortgage offer with interest of 2.09%. In May I went to a notary and I was informed by the notary that interest had risen by 0.1%. I agreed and signed. Last week I received a letter from Regiobank that interest is 2.19%. I have been in contact with my financial adviser and have gone through all the offers. Financial adviser indicates that quotation is valid for three months. The quotation states that the quotation is valid for 1 month. I have many questions and I am suspicious of the Regiobank and financial adviser. In previous conversations with Regiobank I noticed that their employees are not fully aware of their own products. They could not answer my questions. I also gave this as feedback to employees and financial adviser. It is said that the bank has recently started and employees have just been hired. This is not a valid reason for me !! Who can help or advise me regarding mortgage? I have also sent Home Owners Association email about this. In my opinion many things are wrong and I get cheated.
