Used dry cleaning service for the first time: After having to return 2 times to ask if my 2-person duvet was returned from the dry cleaning, it turned out that my duvet had been given to other people. They had no contact details of that! Eventually my duvet was found and it turned out that these people had already taken it out of the packaging (used?). Brummelhuis had my duvet steamed again, so far so good. In the end it was very disappointing that I had to pay. Instead of the full amount of 29.50, I received a meager discount of 4.50. I have always experienced the store as very pleasant for this, but I think it is a pity that for 25 euros they send a regular customer home with such a bad feeling. This is very disappointing to me.

Debit money, recharge ov, send mail, it's all there. Also for books, office supplies, nice gifts and much more. A nice store and very nice and helpful staff.

Pleasant shop with a wide range of magazines, books, cards. Also handy is "the post office" and a cash machine in the store. Also very convenient for tourists to have a tourist information function. Fine employees who are very helpful. Even for a simple copy or office supplies you can go to Brummelhuis.
