Ordered a Tevo Tornado, the communication about delivery time was a bit unclear, but within a week I received a show model (with a discount). Works great, received clear and complete explanations. The owner is clearly a true connoisseur and very helpful!

Via globe spent any 3D printer from this store kit arrived completely within the announced delivery time, only it took me 7 days from the order.

I bought a 3d printer at this shop. Have a bad experience with it. The printer did not meet what you can expect from a 3d printer. This was due to a crooked printer bed. It was difficult for the owner of the shop to get moving to solve the problem. Suggested me to send a glass plate to see if this solved the problem, which was the case. I then tried to saddle me with the costs of the glass plate. I would not recommend this shop.

Bought a 3D printer in March (CR10), picked it up, helped fine. Afterwards, the seller is also very helpful in answering questions.
