We sold our house through De Hooge Lutte / Kaboodle, and we really enjoyed it. Henriette Van Santen does much more for you than what you would expect, she is available almost 24/7, and extremely customer-oriented. She really makes you feel like you are her first and only customer. Moreover, it is by far the cheapest on the market. The set menu on kaboodle is beautiful too. You can decide for yourself what you want to do yourself, what you want to outsource and what it costs. I understand that regular brokers see a threat in this: they can never match the quality and service of Henriëtte, despite the fact that they are four to six times as expensive.
