After a visit from their employee about a new gutter for our block of 4 houses, we would get the final price and date. I often had to go after this after more than 4 weeks suddenly receiving a message that after consultation they suddenly could not accept our project because they were too busy. Stayed on the line for 5 weeks and in the end we still have to start everything again by looking for another company. I think this is bad but apparently our project was too small and things are going too well.
