Judge is going home with a nice salary and I have become more sick of stress! No chance!

Apparently you can hold a lawsuit against people here without the other party's knowledge! And then I only get to hear 2 YEARS later that I have to pay 500 euros extra on a mini-amount where the monthly direct debit failed 2 YEARS ago without my knowing and that the lawsuit (of which I never heard anything, also no letters with reminders or debt collection agency or whatever!) is long gone. WTF?
