Services provided by this rental company are on best order. I have nothing wrong to say about INQAR. Communication with them is great, really pleasant customer service. I was informed well about my rented car, also all my questions before rent, were clearly and quickly answered. As young driver i was treated like serious customer what in other companies is hard for people under 25. I will definitely go back here when I will need car again.
It's about a week since I'm waiting for my deposit...
Trailer reserved, date incorrectly clicked. On the day we needed the trailer, the trailer was at another branch. No alternative was offered, no friendly sir.
Top service and very helpful staff! I have rented a car here several times and every time I was very satisfied.
Nice company. I was treated kindly and helpfully and my preference for a particular car brand was taken into account. We were accompanied by a young, pleasantly driving and well-equipped bus with air conditioning. Overall a positive experience! So highly recommended.
