Excellent landlord. I have been renting an apartment in Oudorp for over 3 months now and I am very satisfied with how pro-active and socially involved Oostenbrink is. After the key transfer, there were a number of defects that were immediately professionally repaired after passing on. I can see that in the entire building, which is neatly maintained and therefore is not inferior to the neat neighborhood where it stands.

Very rude party that only has an eye for its own operating result. After 3.5 years of renting without any problem you get after leaving home a bill of 1200, - euro pushed through your throat because it has been decided to replace 8 doors and to recover from me because 1 would be damaged. There is no way for your story or defense to be referred to the trash. Incomprehensible. Damage to the rented property itself during the rental period, which normally does not lie with the tenant. When my girlfriend became pregnant, they hung on the line every other week to tell me that I had to get out because otherwise this could have "consequences."
