ING Bank

[Update] All good! Got some helpful male worker today! Having some “problems” to verify my internet banking for already 3 months, had been going to bank multiple times and it really seems that this problem only bothers me. So if not today, im closing account. Good job ING.

It was July 9, 2020. Many small ING branches were closed due to the Coronavirus, so as a resident of Krommenie I was forced to move to another office. You can only deposit money at an office. My choice fell on that of the Breestraat in Beverwijk. Arriving on the spot it appeared that I could only pay parking and the parking machines are scarce on the Breestraat. The cash machine in the office was busy. An old lady tried to pour many bags of coins into the machine with much mischief, toil and sweat. Much fell next to it and the buttons of the device did not understand them well. The staff sat behind their customerless counter and pretended not to hear the 'silent' cry for help. I politely asked if I could also make a deposit with them. That was not possible! I was also snarely made clear by a blond male employee with curls and a managerial appearance that they had something else on their mind. So I was forced to help the old lady myself. Shortly afterwards she left the branch with happy eyes. Fortunately, just before my parking time had expired, I was able to leave Breestraat. To not come back here for the time being. Or rather, never again. I hope that 'my' own office in Krommenie will be put into use again soon, because there because you will be helped by all employees in a friendly manner and certainly not snubbed. But this week, headquarters decided to close down the small offices. So that will also include Krommenie's

Very bad. Long queues until outside, the machine is continuously out of service. Always run for free.

Deposit machine is defective. They may also be mentioned on the ING site. Would have saved me a ride.
