Cool information about the history (form before christ till middle ages) of Northen Holland, very organized, lots of information (also in English and Deutsch), very modern and good lighting in the exhibitions. De tourguide was also very entertaining. Worth a visit!

A beautiful museum. The reconstructions of people from various periods were very well done, there were many artefacts displayed, and there was a good amount of information about the history of North Holland. The layout of the museum is very nice too. It was a delight for the eyes and I also learned a lot. The staff was very friendly and they offered us all the information we needed, and also their cafe is very nice. A great place overall, so I definitely recommend it.
