Some of the dentists are good the ones we tried .. but the secretaries and the ones who make appointments etc are rude and lack of service. They send reminders for the appointments via email or evan via text message .. but it is clearly not beneficial for them now to not remind anyone about their appointment so the client forgets it and they can charge you for not showing .. very smart. . is all about the money .. Then a rude lady will call you Monday at 8:00 am to judge why you are not for the appointment, that doctor was waiting bla bla .. lack of symphation .. these secretaries must be them all send for customer service training .. very disappointing.

This morning a check-up appointment with dentist Vasilev. Previous customer is out, duration another 5 minutes. In the end, it's not my turn after 20 minutes and it appears that the previous customer was just too late, so I can wait. It's just a check and I also have other appointments where I want to be on time, you get a rude comment from Vasilev too !!! The drop!! This check will not be charged and this dentist NEVER again! It is best to realize that something can end up, but allow a customer to arrive late and that the rest is later, (20 minutes / half hour), is simply worthless !!!

Yesterday was late so a fine of € 22.50. Today 30 minutes waiting for the dentist, no reimbursement, no cancellation of the fine, not even a glass of water, hypocritical.

I was very well helped by dentist Pavel. Pavel is a calm, motivated dentist who lives in the patient's situation. This dentist is highly recommended, but also the other employees are extremely friendly. I always hear good news about this practice in the village. Peter Haans
