If I had read the reviews first I would never have asked for a repair ... not recommended! Doesn't answer phone, doesn't keep up with appointment, doesn't respond via app or voicemail. Unfortunately! And yes ... 1 star is too much!

During the bathroom renovation I had good advice and support for the piping and the drainage. Have pipework eventually replaced and that is done well and professionally. Very satisfied with the solution and it was also a pleasant collaboration.
