unfortunately Paul his craftsmanship (according to 2 reviews) as a plumber, I am not going to participate. After more than a month mailing, apping and calling 1x (all understanding shown that he may be busy) it is not yet possible to come to an appointment to do a job with me.

As a resident of Heiloo, you would like to have a company from Heiloo. Why? They have a reputation to uphold in their own village. Unfortunately I cannot say that about the plumber. After a quick contact via Paul Nanne (first choice but was too busy .. and had to mention his name) I ended up with Pol. 1 of the 2 boys who run the company. They do not keep the agreement. That he was half an hour late I increased. The conversation, and situation sketch, lasted half an hour and felt great .. Employee Pol was very friendly. "we only leave when everything works". "Even if it is 22:00". I will receive the quote within 1.5 weeks. Then the bullshit started ... Nothing after 1.5 weeks. A call came ... coming. Give me a few days. Unfortunately ... nothing. another week has passed. Called again .. nothing again. Pol indicated .. from dr week I am in the office .. then you will get it. That is now 2 weeks ago. I never heard anything again. It would be your plumber .... What a ball shop. Both Nanne and Paul Steenhoek are bruised. Forwarding / giving each other customers is 1 .. But just do your job .. or indicate that you are too busy. And don't leave customers out in the cold. Everyone who asks me how or what do I indicate ... look further. There are honest companies that do what they claim.
