Nice and skilled technicians. Too bad they've been too busy lately. They had found leakage from the heating pipe in the crawlspace, but unfortunately didn't have time to fix it. The next one had completely jumped that lead and I was in the cold. With a small child. They didn't have time until 2 days later. Before that, the secretary had rescheduled an appointment for an old lady to use her outside tap. I continued to call to see if another plumber could be available the same day. Fortunately found someone. Called Prent nicely to cancel the appointment, I get a big mouth from that secretary that she had canceled that lady completely. As if I'm going to sit here in the cold for 2 days. And then send a big bill for a problem that they have only identified and not resolved. Even though they had just capped that pipeline underground. Then the resume just worked.

Superb and adequate. Leaking radiator, after I refilled the radiator. Rusted through. Would come the next day, arrived the same day. We have already received a quotation for a new radiator with an appointment. This makes me happy

Today I had an employee on the phone that I want to compliment. She informed me well and made inquiries for me that she left on my voicemail. Also immediately for the next day an appointment for a check on my boiler. She has done this in a customer-friendly and professional manner. Great help, thank you!
