I have experienced my experience with Koster & De Waart as very pleasant, confidential and professional. They are real experts in their field. Do not shy away from challenges and think along with me as a customer. In terms of content, I was able to have good and confidential conversations where I always received good explanations and ample time was taken for our very difficult construction. In my case, due to constantly changing personal circumstances, the mortgage application had to be resubmitted up to 4 times. This was no problem for Koster & De Waart, where they also proactively kept a good view of the applicable deadlines time and again. I certainly recommend this advisor to my network (but actually to everyone) and will use them again at the next event.

I am a very satisfied customer. Staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They are helpful and patient. Rob seeks out the mortgage and bank that suits you. He explains everything well, clearly and professionally. Very pleasant atmosphere. I feel at ease in a world unknown to me. Insurance advice was also clear and appropriate.

My situation was not easy, but with all the help of Koster en de Waart I was able to buy a house! After several years of working independently abroad and continuing my business in the Netherlands under a new name, my situation was not obvious to get a mortgage.
