Super well helped by the people at BBP light BV. I was looking for an Aputure 120Dii 3 light kit and they were the only ones in NL who could deliver it in a very short time. In addition, I came by public transport and it turned out that no buses drove back from the industrial area to Sloterdijk station. They offered to take me to the station with their car, top service !!!

I ordered 2 pieces. V-flats! When they arrived the one was damaged (took pictures, could see they were a production error) - They quickly sent a new V-flat when it arrived, it was also damaged but due to transport and 2 days after that I had another new one .. Top service. NB and V flats can only be recommended, they work and are easy to handle. - You can safely buy from BBP Light bv

A product I ordered came out of the box damaged. I reported this via email and BBP took immediate action. The complaint has been solved very nicely and with complete satisfaction. Excellent service from BBP Light!
