The company is a scammer dont buy products there. I tried to buy a key for a software and they never delivered it. They also dont react on emails and the phone number is just for scamming purpose you cannot get in contact with them
Some time ago I purchased, installed and activated the Microsoft Office Professional package. All this without any problems. However, I can no longer use this since I get the message that the product is not activated. When I try to activate it again with the code, I get the message that 'the installation cannot be activated because I have reached the limit of the code for multiple activations.'
You can only contact us via Whatsapp or email. Via Whatsapp you will receive an automatic response that they are now closed. Covid etc. They refer you directly to the mail. Mail sent with a kind request to solve this problem, as I did pay for the product. Unfortunately no response.
It worked one for a month, then I got a message that I could no longer activate it ... Customer service is also no longer available. Waste of money this ... I wouldn't recommend it.
2 weken geleden heb ik een bericht gestuurd naar dit bedrijf, maar aangezien het geen vraag was over een nieuwe aankoop, maar een oude aankoop hebben ze hem maar verwijderd.
Slecht bedrijf!
