Very helpful staff (when you can manage to grab one) however, on the day we were there, the system was not working so they could not order for us or there was none in stock or what was seen on the shop floor was discontinued. Maybe it was just our unlucky day :-) Every time we wanted something, we had to order it online right there as it was never possible for them to place the order for us. Needed 4 items and we placed 4 online orders while in the shop. Good to go there and see what you are buying but I would advise that you just go home to order after.

Terrible service! I went there three times to try the Sony head phones but all failed due to no power, no cable, or cannot be connected by Bluetooth. The stuff there were busy with cleaning the table but not willing to spend a minute to help you and answer your questions. Very disappointed and horrible manner of some stuff. This is the first time I write a review for a shop because I couldn’t stand there horrible attitude towards customers.

Terrible service. First they sold us a washing machine that eventually wasn't in stock. Then, when we wanted to cancel, they offered a deal. We accepted the deal, but they ghosted us. Then we cancelled everything and requested our money back. They said that we needed to wait for the confirmation email for the cancellation, and then we would get our money back. It took them 8 days(!!!) to send the confirmation email, and now, they say that they need another 8 days to send the money back. Really ridiculous.
