Brought in laptop with a flickering screen. He couldn't fix it, and returned the laptop in far worse condition (screen actually broken now). Would give 0 stars but at least he didn't charge me for the "service". Edit to add pictures. Screen went from flickering at certain angles to now a full screen replacement will be necessary after getting it back. They were clearly in a rush to have me out of their shop and were too sheepish to point out the damage they had done. Considering it was already broken I would not have been mad - but the "inspection" was turning it on only long enough to prove that it still powered on.
