Top company and wonderfully helpful staff and management.
First ordered 1 cubic meter of sand and 40 terrace (garden) tiles. 2 days before delivery, I ordered an extra cubic meter of sand. That could simply be delivered with the shipping costs of the first order. In accordance with the delivery agreement, everything delivered on October 22. Yesterday I returned the 2 big bags for the deposit. Gone perfectly. Friendly people, very reasonable delivery costs and the agreements fully fulfilled. Not a single broken or hollow tile. Just perfect. Recommended.
When selecting new tiles for my garden, first go to Smitco and almost ordered. After reading some bad reviews, I started to have doubts and eventually ordered from an intermediary because of a piece of service.
Short version: 0 service from the intermediary and only problems with the delivered tiles (broken tiles, stains and damage). Ultimately helped by Smitco, while they were not obliged to do this to us. I was able to bring a few replacement tiles with me because quite a lot of broken tiles had been delivered. And they even contacted the manufacturer. Smitco has very good prices, and I don't understand the bad reviews above because I have always been helped very friendly.
They even indicated that we could have had the pallet of tiles exchanged. While the intermediary did not want to know about this. At the desk they are very friendly, knowledgeable and explain everything based on the brochure.
Fence parts ordered. Were neatly delivered. There were three extra shelves, which I first wondered what they were for. After I had a good look at the parts, a few boards were slightly damaged. Could replace them so neatly. Top🖒. Later ordered the rest.
