While back I made an appointment for intake, on arrival I was looked at strange by the lady who opened the door. Normally when you come somewhere you will be greeted and asked what you are coming for or who you are, if you have an appointment etc and you will be welcomed. Not here, the door opened and she kept looking at me funny as if she saw a ghost. I just took the initiative and introduced myself and indicated that I have an appointment. Okay I was allowed to come in, I didn't feel welcome at all. Then I was allowed to take a seat in a waiting room and someone like that would come to me. I was not offered anything to drink even though it was very hot in that little waiting room with no ventilation or no ventilation. I waited fifteen minutes after which I went to see if that lady was visible somewhere but I did not see her. Then I left again. So I will never go there again.
