All inserates are fake on google, this Firm is very good all my stuff and things coming in one day, the personal was very friendly , support cargo specials / I arrive from germany to Netherlands, dry for my english 😄😊

Two items are lost, several items arrived broken. Customer service does not care. There are also hidden fees. The company told us that our professional moving boxes were not good and they had to repack them and that would cost us €150 extra. However, they just used cheap Gamma boxes for repacking and forgot to pack some items during repackaging. They also forgot to add duty label to one box, which caused a week delay with the delivery. I complained but the customer service does not care.

Do not hire this company. I have had 3 boxes full of broken items and they do not take any responsibility for that. As if this was not enough, I have had an extra charge for an amount that was supposed to be covered by their fee. Furthermore, their customer relationship person takes every complain personally and makes it really difficult to discuss things in an objective manner. In summary, an awful experience that you should totally avoid if you care about your stuff.

Not clear how their delivery system works and they cannot be reached when things go wrong. We made the mistake of choosing Cargo Specials as our moving company when we moved from the Netherlands to the US. The delivery was delayed by more than 3 weeks (despite the promised 4-5 days) and when the goods have arrived, the courier left 20 boxes in front of our porch when we were not home. As a result, several boxes were stolen. Cargo Specials does not react to all our emails and phone calls.

Very rude customer service, refused to answer 3 questions because I quote: "Not on Friday afternoon, call Monday". Ridiculous way of communicating and very rude.
