Note: no guarantee! In November 2013, I had Tulleners make a spill. Tulleners closed the leak and packed it with zinc and lead with a bill of EUR 1,500. In September 2015 I discovered another leak at the same point. I immediately called Tulleners thinking that there would be a guarantee. Tulleners then came by and again made the leak, this time by gluing the previously applied zinc and lead. To my surprise, however, this was not covered by the warranty and I received a bill of EUR 150.
