So this person came to our house for checking on our water heater. He afterwards send me a bill for 75 minutes. The funny thing is I have seen him parking in front of my house and stayed inside the van for 20 minutes before ringing our bell. I know it because I left the house for picking up my daughter from the kindergarten and he was parking in front of my house. So think twice before calling him!!

Incredible. We made an appointment on the phone and with SMS, and in a quite unprofessional manner, but that’s ok. On the day of the appointment, which they had given a time range after I asked and followed up, 8-10, they didn’t come. I called and they sounded like they had no idea what I was talking about. Then they remembered, said they would call back to see when they can come. And never did. Never seen such bad service. No reliability.

Unfortunately not satisfied with the service from Alvico. I made an appointment 3 times and the installer did not show up 3 times without letting me know. Even when I called in the afternoon to check if they would come. Very poor service.

Alvico has installed a smart thermostat (TADO) and a Nest Protect with us. Worked ably and everything working within an hour.
