If you coming to, to Sloterdejk by bus #15, to get international bus, go upstairs, then go outside the station and downstairs, the stop is straight ahead, # of the bus and the destination is on the display upfront, changing one another. At first time it was hard for me to find a way there, as there are no one in the morning who knows where to go, I asked the cleaning man, but it's clearly not his duties to give directions to people. Not very convenient station I'd say

I have travelled on 21st of July at 19:15 from Amsterdam to Brussels. I took the bus which was going to London. At the check in they give you a seat number so everybody knows the seat. Out trip started with 7 minutes delay that is acceptable. The seats of the bus were comfortable and newly designed. the driver was speaking English and French. We asked 2 seats next to each other and he kindly helped. Thank you and I will prefer travel with you again.

Not even worthy of 1 star More then 3 hours late each way, no communication. All the services from Amsterdam to London were delayed 3 hours plus, a earlier busy arrived during my time slot , only half full but they wouldn't let me board. How does that make any sense. Really avoid Ouibus completely.

Not liable company. We had a connection in Brussels so we must had to take the bus at 10am. The app for this company show the bus as "unavailable " there was no contact number and it was 10am already. We had to spend another 30 euros each on a new ticket with other company because we couldn't afford to just wait without information. Turns that the bus arrived suddenly at 10 05, still not showing information on the app. We lost what we paid and on top of that had to pay more for another bus
