Absolutely horrified by the level of customer service. I never received any code, which I had been promised when booking to reveal he location. I had to email customer service to ask for the weather. The settings that I booked under were later changed. The app didn't reveal my location till I called customer service. I was asked to reinstall the app twice and even then it didn't work. When I was asked for compensation for having so many issues, the phone was hung up. Absolutely terrible. Horrified

Couldn't fault the company, even if i wanted to. Everything was better than expected. So, it being my first time, I had my doubts, worries and nerves. But all of these were quickly answered by the team. So it was finally here, the day of the holiday, 11am, and we head to...Bilbao. Not really heard much about it, which was great as now my partner and i were off the place that neither of us would have chosen to go to. We land and make our way to the hotel. Just outside the centre, beautiful room, great service and good facilities. Bilbao was lovely and perfect for a short getaway. If you have any doubts whatsoever, just like i did. Talk to them, they will assure you. Best break of my life. I owe a huge thank you to everyone. Will definitely be doing this again.

What an experience. Very approachable staff whom are on hand to help with any question you might have; they genuinely seem as excited as we were! The destination and hotel were top notch. 4 stars due to the website being down when we needed to put the code in to reveal destination and hotel - resulted in a slight panic at the airport; destination revealed by opening boarding passes. I could not get through on the emergency phone number but someone quickly responded on Facebook. They were quick to resolve the issue and email everything through.

What a brilliant time we had in Prague. The Hotel itself was worth more than the money we paid. Organised and easy to use. The only improvement I could make is that you said transfers from the airport to the hotel was available for 3 days before we travel but it actually stopped at midday 3 days before and we missed it. However, using public transport in a city you didnt know you were going to added to the excitement really and woulsnt book the transfers next time anyway. Hurry up and get some dates for Feb 2020 because we want to book again! Loved every second
