I don't like the big cars with garish advertising either. But after having had another plumbing company come twice for a blocked drain with disappointing results, I still appealed to Plumbing Company Ron van Uffelen. It took a week for them to have time, but it was worth the wait. Where the other company was unable to properly bend the drain, these (polite and neat) men first used a kind of vacuum cleaner. Then the spring went through without any problems and after half an hour they were outside again and the kitchen cupboard was left tidy. When I received the invoice and was charged for an hour, I called and was very friendly. Within minutes it was sorted out and resolved. So very satisfied and next time I need a plumber I'll be back for sure.

Perhaps this company should change its name to "You make an appointment, Ron will not show up". We had made an appointment for an afternoon between 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm. By car from Rotterdam to Maassluis where the repair would be carried out. However, no one appeared. Waited until 4:30 pm and drove back again. In the meantime called and sent a text message, but no contact possible. Called the day later and someone on the line: "Sorry, I don't know who took that assignment. Do this afternoon at 1:30 pm"? Well no late but I will call a reliable company. Apparently, everyone and everyone accepts assignments and they do not know who does what. So chaos. As a tip, I would like to take a good look at the rave 5 star reviews. Mi. all advertising-like texts (from acquaintances) that do not arise from actual experiences with this company. But that is my belief. They do help neatly old ladies who have fallen with their mobility scooter.

What a bunch of scammers! Rude, coming quite late but making me pay from the moment they should be there. Got me a lot of fun with a mega high bill for 1.5 hours of work that was absolutely wrong. After calling about this, the bill was slightly adjusted (compared to those few hundred euros it was almost nothing) but it was written with the bill that I will have to call another plumber in the future. I am certainly going to do that!

Unfortunately Ron did not respond anymore due to an unfinished job. Hence this dissatisfied review to partly draw attention but also to let you know that this is a way of working that should not be done. I prefer not to do this, but after one month you are forced to take other steps. Who knows, there may be another response.
