Had contact by phone because it was suspected that our cat would have a broken leg. You did not want to help after realizing that we are not actually a customer and therefore want to keep room for the regular customers / patients. Finally to another clinic where it turned out that all metatarsal bones were broken and surgery was needed. I hope you never meet a doctor yourself who will not help you if this is really necessary and also send it away because you are not a patient of his. I thought that a vet had also taken an EED and everyone should help. In the past always been with you with our cats and dog. But never again in the future. Certainly not after this.
