The vet does have experience and was very comfortable. Unfortunately the receptionists on the other hand is rude and does not now anything about customer service. Please be also aware that they suggest you certain products/services that you initially think are free but that you later see on the bill.

After the surgery, my dog died. The way the team followed up with me and dealt with me through this I will never forget how awful. I plan to get another dog - and I will never come back here.

Wonderful dierenkliniek:) They were very clear from the beginning about prices and kinds of treatments they would give our cat. Amazing friendly stuff. We still have to wait for the results from the research but are very happy about taken steps so far. Doctor called us after longs hours of work to give an update on future action plan and ask how Kitty is doing! Excellent service, realistic prices and respect for animals. xxx Thank you

The amazing team at HUGO saved life of our kitty PIPI. He had a terrible accident (fell from the 9th floor) and his life was hanging on a tiny string. He needed intensive care, oxygen chamber, pelvis surgery and countless exams. Additionally he had broken ribs (all of them), infection in lungs and pneumothorax pushing on his heart affecting his breathing badly. He had to be fed by a tube and could not empty himself on his own. It looked very bad. He has spent over 2 weeks at HUGO and we came back several time due to the complications and check ups afterwards. The team took such a good care of Pipi - he has received all the help he needed, staff was very nice, responsive and they all did their best to keep us updated on the situation and developments. After half a year his furcoat has fully grown back and Pipi is a happy kitty again. The overall treatment was expensive, but the clinic was always transparent about what the costs will be. We knew up front. We are so grateful it was HUGO where he ended up. The doctors and nurses are professional, patient and understanding. They were nice to Pipi and also to us. Big THANK YOU HUGO team ❤️❤️❤️

Very disappointed by this clinic. Bringed there our pet rat with pnevmonya late night. The only offered us antibiotics that we need to feed our rat with. They didn't even had a shots! And it costed us more than €200! They also told that they made x-ray, but we haven't got any results of it. Next morning we bringed our pats to our regular clinic and had much better service and cure for 80 euros.
