I couldn't have asked for better vets for my dear Felisa than Jan and Karen. In her last day, they did everything they could to save her, both of them staying after closing hours discussing our options. True caregivers with a heart of gold.

Balou suffered from a dry cough and shortness of breath. Jan Bouman was not available so another doctor looked at Balou our Akita puppy. No result Because it was the weekend, we were then referred to Hugo in Zwanenburg. No result either. But under the hand € 200 poorer. Fortunately we were able to contact Jan again afterwards. Still has my 100% confidence, even after always helping our old Briard well. It only took Jan one consultation to make Balou healthy again Super and thank you again. D.Ton .. -
