Dentists are doing job well. However very poor customer service. Contacted someone from their website, they said they will talk to dentist, it was 2 weeks ago. Since then no news to me or anything. I am afraid I will get a letter one day saying to pay the amount + interest. Only because of your poor customer service. (By the way the phone number on your website is not working!!!)

This company is only focused on making as much sales as possible! They try to take as much money as possible from people. Have undergone treatment and then had to pay 600 euros without consultation. Had the same treatment 6 months earlier in their other branch in 's-Hertogenbosch and then had to pay 120 euros. A mistake was called again with a 100 euro discount. You often see people in their practice who do not speak the language and they are also ripped off in front of them. Advice go to another practice !!

Far too commercial, want to fill "holes" that are not there. Fortunately, I didn't trust it myself and went looking for another dentist (who told me I don't have any holes). In addition, the Flemish dental hygienist has difficulty with boundaries and they pretend to be crazy if you do not want an anesthetic.

Very nice new practice with a dentist who really takes the time. Receptionist is very friendly too. In the center of the town!
