Martine was able to deliver the perfect balance of professional & personal attention. If you want an emotionally intelligent mediator, as well as one who knows her legal 'stuff', Martine is perfect. She was able to support both my husband and I equally & fairly, and was not afraid to call us out & bring us back into line when needed (& we certainly needed it at times). During the most difficult period of our relationship to date, she was a great support. I'm grateful to say that we found our way back to each other as a couple, and I can sincerely say Martine was a vital ingredient in that journey. This job is not for the faint-hearted, and Martine is both strong when she needs to be & full of heart when appropriate! She came highly recommended & we are both very happy we came to her.

Martine surprised us with her personal and in-depth approach. The first session was far from business, but immediately went deep into our background, how we got to know each other and how we came to our decision to divorce. A session that brought tears, but also laid the foundation for the parenting plan and the financial and business settlement afterwards. It sketches Martin's approach: thorough, professional, but at the same time very personal. In subsequent sessions, she proved to be a good discussion leader, guiding us well through the more difficult topics where conflicting interests emerged. I am very satisfied with Martine. She is a warm and nice person.

A few weeks ago I attended two days with Mr. Martine de Voort. Very nice experience from which I learned a lot. It was arranged that I could go to all planned activities such as a jurisprudence lunch and a session and interesting assignments were devised for me to practice a bit and experience what it is like to work as a lawyer and / or mediator. I had never been to a hearing before, so it was very nice for me to be able to experience this so closely and also to know what the matter was about. Highly recommended as an internship and also as a representation!
