Aogje Notariaat

Moderate experience with Notariaat Aogje. They were one of the few offices that, more than a month before the end of the year, could arrange the transfer of a home before the end of the year, perhaps because things were very messy due to the crowds. The first contacts went through 3 different employees of the notary / secretariat. These indicated how things had to be arranged and delivered. A day before the deed of delivery was passed, however, I received all kinds of questions from the notary himself as to why things were arranged in such a way, while this had been done on the instructions of their employees. An hour before the delivery act was passed, while I was already on my way to their office, I received an email that the passing could not take place, because there were all kinds of question marks about how the payments were arranged. It was now only 3 days before the end of the year. The delivery act was adjusted on the spot and we all had to reverse the payments. We had to issue powers of attorney (which were not complete at first either) so that eventually the act could pass the next day, which was arranged 2 days before the end of the year. Ultimately, additional activities were also research costs ad Charged E195, when I had acted exactly as the employees had indicated. I have requested not to charge these additional costs because they are not justified, but have not received a response. They also had too little postage attached to the envelope in which the delivery deed was sent and I received an additional tax from Postnl. In short, all very messy and not very professional and I will not call on Notariaat Aogje again any time soon.

Via via bij Aogje terecht gekomen voor notariële akte voor aankoop woning. Prettig contact in de offerte fase (ik had bij 2 notarissen offerte aangevraagd) heeft me doen besluiten om voor Aogje te kiezen. En gedurende het hele traject tot aan passeren van de akte is er een super fijne samenwerking geweest. Ik heb Aogje ervaren als een heel "menselijk" en laagdrempelig notariskantoor en ik kan op basis van mijn ervaring Aogje ook van harte aanbevelen.

The notary was easily accessible for questions and submitted the draft documents on time. They even called the day before that everything was arranged for the handover of the house.
