There came with a general question concerning our mortgage. Because the employee of Finenzo Oosterhout took the time to look at the current mortgage, he noticed that we could improve a lot on this agreement. He has put e.e.a. for us on paper and gave us a fantastic advice concerning the transfer of the existing mortgage. This shows that the employees of Finenzo Oosterhout certainly thinks with the customer and provides the best possible product. Chapeau JvdV This has been the case for years.

several times a damage always reported whining arrange nothing. Should still go after themselves themselves after 5 times with their calls to ask for the progress is eventually indicated that they still need something they have never mentioned before. The companies they use do not give bad information. theirs also have no to bad contact with those companies each time it runs past each other. also the third parties who have to make the possible damage find the process strange and do not understand it. In the end, if you take out insurance yourself, you have arranged everything faster and better. Reporting a complaint is also not or only by the person you have handled a complaint about. In short, NEVER take out insurance here !!! costs money and time.

We are always helped properly. I can call and immediately get someone on the line. They immediately know who you are. They always arrange everything immediately and neatly.

I give each company a separate email address so that I can keep an eye on what happens with my data. The email address I gave to this company went to spammers. When I ask how this is possible, I only get an answer that they didn't sell it. If I ask what information (They have all the information from a mortgage application) the spammers / hackers have taken even more, I will not get an answer and they cannot tell. Asked to completely remove my data from their system and they have promised that they have done this. Unfortunately they decide to email me again.
