Very bad return service, or rather: no service. Bought a keyboard and mouse, but wanted to return it the day after because of seeing more ergonomic items. Winkel claims that the item is not in new condition (very special, since the items have not been used) and indicates that the policy is not to take anything back. (Incidentally, this is not mentioned anywhere in the store and is not indicated at the time of purchase.) Apparently this is not possible in the system. Very special in 2020 and especially for a computer store. We got the option for a voucher, but we thanked us for that. I never buy anything again in a store with such a service. Although it is not an obligation for the entrepreneur to take something back, I think it is absolutely out of date. Moreover, customers are also not informed about it in the store. With this one, you doubt whether you want something, do not get it here because it cannot be returned.
At Mido computers I had my pc put together, I really liked how everything worked, fast and customer-friendly.
To this day I still have my PC and I use it almost daily.
