A super fast service that even remotely (via a code Mark could be solved in my laptop) at 10 p.m. Perfect service again. I also experienced this 2 years ago.
Computer problems again solved quickly and professionally. Slow PC works nice and fast again and all error messages have been resolved. Can heartily recommend Mark, he has maintained our systems for years.

My computer had crashed and could no longer use the e-mail program. Contacted Mark by phone, who was actually on vacation, but was nevertheless willing to help me late in the evenings through “remote assistance (software) and to my full satisfaction. I can get back into my programs, the necessary installations / configurations and file checks have been completed successfully! All in all I can recommend Mark; very knowledgeable, proactive with giving tips, listening ear and the price for the work performed was also fine !!
Good company, helped within 24 hours and provided more service than was requested. All but also all agreements fulfilled both in time and on the invoice. Aftercare day later if everything was okay, great.
