Since February I have been going to Yoga Flow classes every week with pleasure at Yoga & You. The lessons can be followed very well as a beginner. The new studio radiates tranquility and hospitality. Recommended!

A beautiful, attractive, inspiring location. The quality of the various Yoga session is excellent, with personal guidance. Adjacent services are also offered such as coaching and foot reflex.
