Yes, it took a long time and I had no updates during those months, not that I tried to come in contact (to be honest I even forgot about the case). However, when the time came I received a compensation that far exceeded my expectations! So, thank you ReisRecht, never again Easyjet ...

After 2 years, our claim of our flight in April 2019 has been granted. The long wait was probably due to the airline company concerned (Vueling). ReisRecht did not reply to emails we sent about this at that time, so I had already given up hope, but in the end we received a good compensation amount through Mrs. Sylvia Heesterbeek.

After a significant delay with the company SATA in 2016, mrs. Heesterbeek has put a lot of effort into our claim in various ways. SATA did not want to grant the claim, wrongly invoked force majeure and first offered a discount voucher (do not fall for it) and then half of the legal compensation. We then contacted Reisrecht and pressure was put on a still poorly cooperating SATA in various ways. After a last update at the end of 2018, we thought we would not hear from it again, until January 2021: the claim has been granted, although it is not explained how and why. So patience pays off (and for this rate, the service is more than adequate).

In November 2018, we entered into an agreement with them to obtain compensation for a flight that was delayed by approximately 8 hours. We haven't heard from them since. Our emails also remain unanswered. Maybe this will lead to (re) action?

Excellent help by Reisrecht! After we had booked a house with an organization, it turned out that this house was still under construction when the time came. After much discussion with the organization (including an offer for a voucher), we seemed unable to resolve the matter. Fortunately, travel law was able to help us with this and we have now fully returned the prepaid amount (1500 euros).
