Because of a private issue I wanted to see a document / receive a copy of a file from 5 years ago. After a long week, 2 emails and phone calls received a response. After very friendly first contact, yesterday I was made very clear by telephone by Mr. K. Verhoeven that she is "busy", "more important things to do" and "not my secretary". Because of this I have also decided not to approach this office for business purposes. The office is clearly too busy to respond in time and the manner of responding is by telephone in a very unprofessional way.
