Never treated this rude and rude, have had a crack treated, now 3 months later it is still completely broken. I asked on arrival if there could be a price quotation for a NW under prosthesis, that was not possible without an appointment. When collecting my prosthesis, there was suddenly a price quotation for above and below. When I said to the assistant that he had said this was not possible, he got angry and tore up the quote before my eyes.
