Intensive lessons but very nice lessons. You can determine the weight of the exercises and the tempo yourself. The instructor: Wesley himself gives good tips and is also good motivation so that you like to continue!

Nice place to exercise. Good explanation of the exercises and if not you can indicate this (often not necessary because an example is quickly given of each exercises) Lots of variety and very nice people. Personally, I also like that not only people walk around with very big arms. (I don't have one myself haha) I can definitely recommend this place!
