Again very nice help, nice that it is possible again.

Have had pieces framed several times and treated well, but this was years ago. Have a poster framed this year and although expensive, have it done anyway. Well helped, I thought, and I should be able to collect the list within 3 weeks. This became twice as long. Finally picked up and hung up. Take a closer look and see that the poster has a lot of bumps in it and also that there was no anti-reflective glass in it. It came out well, she said, it depends on the humidity. After weeks of looking at the bumps, I went back with the poster. It was said by telephone that it would cost 70 euros extra to stick the poster, usually this was done immediately with the assignment, she said ... Why does she not indicate this immediately with the assignment, why do I pay for anti-reflective glass I just glass? My husband went back with it and she would fix it! She has solved it but can therefore pay another 30 euros on top of the 220 euros when picking up. Tonight after work I take a good look at the poster and see that there are still bumps in one place! Craftsmanship is nowadays sought after at Kreadoe Wijchen !!! I feel pretty ripped off by Monique and so I don't come to Kreadoe anymore ..... FIXED: Eventually went to Kreadoe again with a promise that it would really be resolved. I still had to buy a new poster, paid for by Kreadoe, because apparently I didn't want to ... in December I was finally able to hang the poster; this time without bumps and in a suitable frame. All this has cooled the fun of the poster a bit ...
