The employee in Bruna was very arogant and not professional. I wanted to send package to Litowen (11.05.20). I get attitude from her and ask if Lithuania was a country. Then had to repeat name Lithuania and Lithuania 10 times. Was thinking about showing on the map where Lithuania is. Finally she has found the name Lithuania in the system. Furthermore, I had to fill in a formula with address, but there was already an address on the box. A little later she threw out that form. Completely sad that she was very arogant with me. Next time I will send my package through another company!
