I used to refuel here or buy ice cream for the children. Nothing wrong with that, always nice people. Until the day I arrived with a package for DHL, to return. The employee clearly had no idea what to do, became blunt, went in between helping other customers with "priority over DHL customers", I had to wait in a specially designed corner. Suggestions from me to find a solution were rejected. The package was refused firmly. I just left and delivered the package at a service point a village away. There it was no problem.
