The milon circle is tailored to your height, strength and condition. The owner also takes into account that you go through different phases and thinks along about possibly increasing the weights, etc. to make it more challenging. In addition, group lessons are possible with supervision, these are very intensive, but also fun. Friendly guidance is always available in the gym and you can always ask questions. The big advantage is that you train briefly and intensively, between 30-45 minutes and can therefore easily make a hole in your agenda to come and exercise.

I have been enjoying sports here for about 2 years now. Pavle and Sharon's personal attention is noteworthy. In addition to the "Millon round", they offer other (group) activities and you can also get started with Funxtion yourself. In recent months, I have lost 15 kilos through the Slim Diet under the guidance of Sharon. Circles waalre is a fun and cozy sports club where you can train on your fitness or muscle building.

After a trial lesson, I have been a member of this fine, small-scale gym of enthusiastic owners Pavle and Sharon for two years now. In 35 minutes you build up condition and in the meantime it is also fun with the fellow athletes. And if you want (and the rules allow it again) group lessons with FunXtion led by Sharon.
