All buildings are full of heavy drug users buildings are not maintained paid costs in the rent for cleaning lady who never comes ... Electronics are connected with terminal blocks, emergency door closed, rooms are entered without any permission and belongings are stolen by the landlord when a tenant must get out. Rooms are cleared without permission in most cases .... 1 big shady mess the whole Jack Verstappen with his buddy Roel Maas. And also hemp plantations are facilitated in the buildings with the knowledge of the staff.

Spent more than 3 years here as a tenant, and would rent again if I had no living address, friend of mine has also been there for more than 3 years now, and we have always had positive experiences with Roel and his team , repairs etc were always carried out quickly. Noise nuisance was always addressed when you report it, Roel even put out those complaints. And that is how it should be even if you cannot behave. I was able to rent and save well here and got rid of all my debts. So ideal because everything is in the price, washing machine kitchen, shower, toilet, room and gas water light. For 400 euros more or less. I recommend it to all my friends, say it is not a hotel, but you can certainly save and you have shelter! I also got my deposit back / and always had help with finding a good room, I was at 2 addresses of Huureenwoonruimte.nl A good team led by Roel Maas! Thank you for your kind help anytime and time. Rents out a mix of old rooms worn and dirty buildings full of junkys and foreigners (poland and hungarians) these buildings are not cleaned to bad. ATTENTION !!! THEY DO EVERYTHING TO TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT FROM YOU AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT AFTER 9 WEEKS people do not start here do not give these sweet houses a chance

BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO EVERYTHING TO PICK PEOPLE !!!! Read the contract carefully and do not believe in the smooth talk of Kay or his colleague Roel, they promise all kinds of things but do not keep anything to little and do everything to keep you in 1 of their lofts for as long as possible

Always nice lived at rent and living space I do not understand some of the reactions here. Was certainly not in my house. Have a lot of buildings in Limburg, I know many other satisfied residents. Only people who are frustrated write something on the internet here. Professional company and friendly people.
