Regus - Roermond, Looskade

I was a Regus customer for almost 1.5 years and the way of working and communicating is anything but professional. if you have a problem you cannot reach anyone and you are sent from left to right. Disrespectful staff who change every few months. After the first automatic contract extension in the middle of the corona crisis, they have my rent of € 500 ex. to € 650 ex. increased this is an increase of more than 25% this is not permitted by law. In the same period they came up with a corona scheme to accommodate customers with a 50% discount on your rental if you extend for another 3 months. I agreed with this on June 12, 2020.3 weeks later I receive a response that I am too late to apply for this scheme, according to the employee this scheme was only valid until June 19, but they are the ones only come back to this scheme 3 weeks later. (By the way, in the email where they come up with the offer themselves, there is not even a date until when you can submit this, apart from the fact that I have let you know well in advance) so finally I had no help for the corona crisis and also my rent had been thrown up by more than 25%. and when I asked to first arrange this among themselves and legally wanted to find out whether this is allowed at all, I was soon threatened to stop access while I had 20,000 euros worth of technical equipment and have a contract with them. Also several times + - 60euro were added to my bill for coffee and tea costs while I had clearly indicated that I did not want this so I had to go after myself to have this credited again. because I had not paid the 60 euros for something I never asked for myself (is an optional service) they blocked my access and a lot of hassle with the administration. Just before I renewed my contract for the second time, I suddenly received an invoice for final cleaning costs while I never said I would go out, I had more than 1 month to renew my contract. because of this the entire administration was not correct and they soon threatened if I did not pay this then my access was stopped but after weeks of busy and calling and emailing I was right about this. Finally months later I canceled my contract and got the invoice for the final cleaning like someone else here in the reviews and I had the exact same problem. I received an invoice of 346euro ex VAT for an office of Max 14m2, while the house rules state that it is 21euro per square meter. based on their invoice, my office should be + - 17 / 18m2 which it is absolutely not. and as soon as I try to contact me to seek my rights, they say no, it is so many m2 and you ultimately have nothing more to say. a space of 14m2 takes up to 2 hours to clean, this would mean that it costs 170 euros per hour but the cleaning that actually comes to clean there receives minimum wages so even on the back of a hard-working cleaning person, money is earned. I do not recommend anyone to rent from this company, they are real money wolves, they try to pick every cent from you with additional costs that they settle, they do not talk to a customer to find a solution, but they quickly threaten stop accessing. American practices get what you can, but no one thinks of keeping a customer for the long term.
