Been here last week to sign the papers for our new BV. We were received nicely. Also Carona proof. The pen I had to draw with had been cleaned beforehand.
Unfortunately we didn't get any coffee. Probably because we wouldn't have had time for a cup of coffee. We were right outside again.
Very bad experience, the notary demands a full amount of 480 euros only for paper and typing work without having obtained the necessary files. In addition, a subpoena procedure for a subdistrict court is started when the amount is not paid. Have been willing to pay half the amount. However, the notary demanded the full amount of 480 euros. With the help of a lawyer, I was able to make an offer for half of the full amount, which the subdistrict court finally agreed to. Customer-friendliness is hard to find. Advice not to work with these crooks!

After an enormously long and complicated process that took months to complete, only disadvantages were encountered.
