1st appointment the mechanic did not show up, he had put something wrong in his agenda and was on vacation ... 2nd appointment, the mechanic arrived on time, had scheduled the appointment with another appointment nearby. After (within a few minutes) it turned out that it was a German boiler from Vaillant, the mechanic indicated that he was not allowed to work on this. Unfortunately, but of course it can happen. Bill for all this: 40 euros (actually 47.50 but after I indicated that I was not very happy with such an account after the first appointment I had taken for free was not observed and the finding that he was not allowed to work on the boiler bad had lasted a few minutes and the appointment was planned so that the next appointment was around the corner, he reluctantly withdrew 'no less than' 7.50 from the bill ...). Certainly all are good law, but it does not testify to a good service and certainly not a good advertisement for his company.
