N.a.v. your question: you know what this is about. You sold my parents mess. N.a.v. your supplemented response: the story is different as you know. My parents had ordered new pans, but they turned out to be larger. That's why they were looking for exactly the same pans. Unfortunately, that had to be second-hand. You could deliver this used for 1 euro each, new they cost 1.75. It would then be good pans. For that price ratio, a consumer can also expect that, otherwise you can put that question to a judge. You have also loaded the pans. What bothers me, however, is your telephone response. That my parents have no leg to stand on because they are used pans and you have not taken into account. As far as your behavior is concerned, I advise people not to do business with you. Fortunately, I had my roof renovated by a neat company that keeps appointments. I will also stop responding to this story. This is how it is and I'm not going to spend any more time on this.

New flat roof included. Insulation and existing flat roof overlay. Wim and Roy are true professionals who are happy to think along and advise you. I called 2 weeks in advance and Wim had it within 2 weeks. Good clear offer without fuss and hidden amounts. Wim and Roy have worked for me several times and have always been very satisfied.

In connection with the placement of solar panels, a number of pans have been ordered here. Super that this possibility is offered. I was well helped in this way and everything went according to agreement. Very nice company to do business with.
